The Bio Hotel is in an excellent location. All your immediate needs are within walking distance. Great food, great shopping, laundry facilities and amazing architecture and history. Palermo is one of the most incredible places I've ever been in my life. I also liked the fact that it was a small hotel with a limited amount of guests. The hotel was quiet ,clean and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is situated on the 8th the floors of a central building. The view from the room was very nice. The room is nice, clean and the batheroom is good.

This is a very well located, modern airconditioned room with a lift! Just around the corner is all the action of restauarnts and back street views. Our room was on the 7th floor hence the lift is important and most welcome! Room was great and we had a great balcony, very spacious and good views. There were some coffee and tea making facilities in a clean and tidy reception area. Overall room was quiet and private and great to stay especially when outside in the heatwave temperatures were pushing 40. We were extremely grateful to get an extended checkout time to 6pm for a modest fee so we could catch the ferry to Naples in the evening ( highly recommend to explore the ferry lines in Palermo). Also Bio exhibits an ethos of activly considering and raising awareness and doing something about environment and humanity

I loved the location. It was so central but quiet too. Also the general feel as they strive towards excellent sustainability. Alessio at Bio Hotel was the most helpful and so courteous.

The location is perfect to visit the city center by walking. Despite the receptionist was there only in the morning, the staff was responsive and helpful via whatsapp. Bed was comfortable.

I loved the location! The centre is just few mins walk. It's a quiet and safe area. I loved the hotel's self-service system although there is someone at the reception for few hours. There are restaurants and pastry shops close by.

Everything - amazing location- I had room 5 which was big and had a large private balcony looking one way to mountains and other to ocean - spotless - Alezio who was on duty in the mornings was so helpful with tips where to go and sending me links on my phone. Was lovely to have the coffee machine and herbal teas. Felt super safe and secure.

The room was very clean, the location was great and very close to Palermo Centro. The apartment was very peaceful and quiet even though it was close to the center. The check-in was extremely easy and was all done before we actually arrived.
